How do I buy a temp-tations.com Gift Card?
It couldn't be simpler! Just visit our Purchase Gift Card page and you will have two options.
Choose a Physical Gift Card in pre-selected denominations if you would like an actual Gift Card with gift envelope mailed to you or your gift recipient.
Or choose a Digital Gift Card in pre-selected denominations if you would like an electronic Gift Card e-mailed to your gift recipient.
Gift Cards are not eligible for promotional code or site-wide discount except when explicitly specified.
How can I redeem my Gift Card on temp-tations.com?
Enter your 10-character Gift Card code (found on the back of your physical Gift Card, or in the email you received with your digital Gift Card) at checkout when purchasing online from temp-tations.com. Or supply it to your helpful Customer Service Representative, if you are ordering over the phone.

Can I use a Gift Card to purchase a Gift Card?
Yes, a temp-tations® Gift Card can be redeemed to purchase additional temp-tations® Gift Cards.
However any promotional benefit (e.g., Free $25 Gift Card with the purchase of $100 in Gift Cards) cannot be applied to a Gift Card purchased with another Gift Card.
Can I mail a Gift Card to another person?
Yes, temp-tations® Gift Cards can be shipped FREE of charge to any United States or Canadian mailing address.
Orders containing only physical Gift Cards will be shipped via USPS.
If your order contains Gift Cards along with product from temp-tations.com, your Gift Cards may be included in your product shipment or shipped separately via USPS, depending on your location. So be sure to check your product shipment carefully for an envelope labeled GIFT CARD. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD.
Can I send Gift Cards to multiple addresses?
Yes, if you enter each Gift Card as a separate order, you can send each to a different shipping address. Multiple Gift Cards combined in one order can only be shipped to one address.
And any order containing a Bonus $25 Gift Card can only be shipped to one address.
How long will it take to get my Gift Card?
Orders for physical cards will process & ship for FREE within two business days of purchase and be delivered to US mailing addresses within 2-7 days and Canadian mailing addresses within 5-7 days.
Digital Gift Cards can be processed and emailed to your recipient immediately after purchase.
What if I need my order immediately?
Rush Delivery is not available for Physical Gift Cards. However, our Digital Gift Cards are sent as soon as you purchase them, offering a great solution to last-minute gifting needs.
Can Gift Cards be purchased over the phone?
Yes, simply call our helpful Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-442-8677 to purchase a physical or digital Gift Card over the phone.
Do Gift Cards ever expire or decline in value?
Temp-tations® Gift Cards never expire and they do not decrease in value.
Are there any fees associated with my temp-tations® Gift Card?
Temp-tations® will not impose any fees in connection with your temp-tations® Gift Card.
Can I reload or add to an existing Gift Card?
Unfortunately, temp-tations® Gift Cards cannot be revalued. But we will be happy to sell you another one.
Can I pay for my temp-tations® Gift Card using Easy Pay?
No, Gift Cards must be paid for in full at time of purchase and are not eligible for temp-tations® Easy Pay Monthly Payment Plan options.
What should I do if I lose my Gift Card?
Always protect your temp-tations® Gift Card or Digital Gift Card as if it were cash. In the event that you do lose your card, you may be eligible for a refund if you can supply an original proof of purchase. Call temp-tations® Customer Service Team at 1-800-442-8677 and have the name of the person who ordered the Gift Card or the receipt available when calling.
How do I check the balance on my temp-tations® Gift Card?
You can check the balance on your Gift Card by entering your Gift Card Code in the easy Balance Checker found at www.temp-tations.com/shop/giftcardinfo.
Can I get cash back from my temp-tations® Gift Card?
Your temp-tations® Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or otherwise refundable, except as applicable by law, and then only to the extent required by applicable law. In states that require cash back on remaining balances on Gift Cards, you may obtain cash back by calling the Customer Service Team at 1-800-442-8677.
All sales of Gift Cards are final and cannot be cancelled.
Can I redeem my temp-tations.com Gift Card for purchases made through QVC?
No, your temp-tations® Gift Card can be used exclusively for purchases on temp-tations.com.
