Cranberry Honey Butter
A luscious condiment recipe that can be spread on warm dinner rolls, croissants, biscuits, sweet potatoes and more, Cranberry Honey Butter also makes a great holiday gift from the kitchen!
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- In a small bowl, beat all ingredients until blended. Transfer to two temp-tations® 6-ounce ramekins. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
