- 10 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- Ladyfingers, to serve
- Place mascarpone cheese in a temp-tations bowl. Beat with a hand mixer for 2 minutes.
- Blend in cream, sugar, vanilla and coffee liqueur until smooth.
- Spread evenly in the bowl and dust the top with cocoa powder. Serve with ladyfingers.
