Sweet and Sour Meatballs are my take on this tangy, classic party dish, and they’re a perfect appetizer for the meat lovers at your big game party.
Their deliciously sticky, sweet sauce is made from pineapple chunks, apple cider vinegar and dark brown sugar, and you can make and serve them in a temp-tations 2.5 quart baker, with toothpicks accompanied by plenty of napkins, or let guests enjoy their own personalized portion in a mini pie dish, EZ Hold ramekin or prep bowl.
If you prefer, ground turkey or pork can be substituted for the ground beef to make the meatballs. And if you’re short on time, you can use a bag of frozen meatballs, cooked according to package directions, and then pick up this recipe at step 4, with the sauce.
