Temp-tations® offers a 30-day money back guarantee. Try a temp-tations® product for 30 days, and if you’re not completely satisfied, simply return it for your money back. No questions asked! All you have to do is go through our easy returns process.

How do I make a return?

If you’re not completely satisfied with a temp-tations® product, simply follow the return instructions below and return your set within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price and original, outbound shipping fees.

We want ensure that we process your return as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you purchased your order at temp-tations.com*, please call Customer Service at 1-800-442-8677 to receive a Return Authorization number. We ask that you return items in their original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. Please write your Return Authorization number legibly on the outside of the shipping box.

To guarantee your refund, we suggest shipping your return via UPS or Certified Mail with a receipt of mail.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note, we do not offer free return shipping, unless the product arrived broken, damaged or deemed defective. For more information, please see our FAQ section.

Broken, Missing or Defective Products

Whether you ordered your temp-tations® from temp-tations.com or from QVC, if your product arrives broken, has missing pieces or proves to be defective within 30 days of receipt, simply call the temp-tations® Customer Service team at 1-800-442-8677 with proof of purchase for a free replacement piece. We will ship in-stock replacements to you for FREE, with no shipping and handling charges.

After contacting Customer Service, please email a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip as proof of purchase to customerservice@temp-tations.com. Or mail a copy to:

If you purchased your temp-tations from QVC, call QVC Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444 to request that a copy of your proof of purchase be emailed or mailed to you.

Once temp-tations receives and verifies your proof of purchase, we will ship your replacement piece, free of charge.

In some cases, we do require the return of damaged pieces to temp-tations® at no cost to you. This is for the purpose of improving our packaging and shipping methods.
