Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium seedless watermelon
  • 1-2 teaspoons lime juice, or to taste
  • Finely chopped fresh parsley, to taste
  • Finely chopped fresh mint, to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta

Directions

  1. Use a melon baller to shape equal sized rounds of watermelon. If you don't have a melon baller, simply cut watermelon into one-inch cubes.
  2. In a medium temp-tations® bowl, combine watermelon, lime juice, parsley, and mint. Toss gently.
  3. Sprinkle with feta and serve immediately.
