Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • blueberries and sliced almonds, optional

Directions

  1. Soak raisins in rum overnight. Drain in the morning.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place in small crock.
  3. Decorate with blueberries and sliced almonds, optional. 
  4. Chill and serve with Easter Bread.
