An easy and delicious way to make chocolate mousse. - Tara

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ounces melted, unsweetened, high-quality chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Whip the cream, sugar, and salt together until stiff.
  2. Add chocolate and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Pour into 8 temp-tations® EZ Hold™ ramekins. Chill and freeze.
  4. Serve with whipped cream.
